The lab is located at 51-B1-19 in Nishi-Waseda campus.


Temperature regulated clean room (stability:0.1 degrees)


Chillers, pumps and power supply are placed outside of the clean room。

Laser system



Carrier-envelope phase stabilized, dual stage Ti: Sapphire amplifier system
KML's dual stage, Komodo-Dragon
7.3 mJ/pulse 〜 10.1 mJ/pulse , 1KHz, 35fs, 790nm.

By replacing a pump laser for the second stage, we have increased the pulse energy.
before the compressor: 13.5mJ/pulse
after the compressor: depending on the grating, 7.3mJ/pulse 〜 10.1 mJ/pulse, 1KHz is generated.
